Clerisity offers help to the homeowner developers, contractors and other interested parties in getting their permit or draft application completed.  This help ranges from a free 15-30min phone, text or email conversation to a complete set of drawings that can be submitted to a local building department at FMV rates.  The service also addresses any pit falls associated with various municipalities that do not fully support the State's ADU laws.
