Collection: ADU Accessories

All accessories to our ADUs are engineered to minimize purchase and installation costs while providing spatially correct, field tested designs.  Each accessory is currently in a beta design and built in batches only to keep costs and design changes to a minimum.  The designs have between 15- and 20-man years of acceptance by lease holders and homeowners alike.  A key objective of the accessory offerings is to enable the homeowner to meet the real estate 2% rule even with a fully outfitted ADU.
